Which one is the better choice

Sony DCRSR32E @ 329.99

I'm very new - but the curry's bloke hinted that I should be going for the JVC - the spec looks a little better ! but then Currys seem to be pushing this one and have a web exclusive.

I need to order one today (am) so any help would be gratefully apprciated.

The Sony is likely to have better battery life but doesn't seem to have a widescreen LCD.

In the short time you have available I can't really help you more than that because I know nowt about these two.

If I were you I should put your cash in the fridge until you have had a proper look round, or you'll only regret it later.
