Jvc Gr-dvl160ek E01 Error Message Help Needed

Possible Errors on my camera.

1. The mechanism is locked during mode shift.
2. The mechanism is locked at the mechanism loading
end, because the encoder position is skipped during
mechanism mode shift.

his would be due to someone pushing in the loading mechanism and jamming it. We have unjammed it and now get E01. We have dismantled the camera, and are now unsure as to how/where to adjust the mechanism using the service manual.

Can anyone shed any light?

These are not easy to align. E01 means a general error with the loading mech. If you have the service manual then you should see all alignment info in there. Its too difficult to explain in an email. You should have taken it to a JVC authorised service centre as they would have all the info.
