Smallest Camcorder..

Hi all

This is my first post...

I have searched but cant find out which is the smallest miniDV cam available on the market today, any ideas?

Not really but given the need for
The DV tape
A decent lens
A battery
I think miniDV camcorders have shrunk in size as much as they are going to
As size goes the Panasonics seem to come across as particularly small (IMO)
but
If small size is a consideration , then the Sanyo SD card (no MiniDV) Xacti range are really quite small
Im not sure why small is a big consideration but
1) Small is likelier to shake a bit more and such shake is often exaggerated badly
2) Seeking "small" might be trading convenient size for quality and VFM

Agreed, the Sanyo Xacti is the smallest video cam available at present that takes decent video, not up to the standard of a good camcorder but it does slip into your pocket quite easly, the HD2 (latest model)records in High Definition 720p and watched via an HDTV looks great.
