[Hurders]

I am debating whether to get the Hitachi DZ-MV780. I am really looking at DVD camcorders for practicality and this one is going quite cheap at the moment (around £170). I am not after anything spectacular, just something that will give a decentish quality recording for a holiday video. I have checked out a few reviews, most seem to rate the DZ-MV780 fairly averagely which I guess is expected from such a budget model.

So, does anyone have experience of this camcorder? and what would be the alternative dvd camcorder models from other manufacturers? I am not really looking to spend much more than £200 really.
