I recently got myself a Panasonic GX7 cam, and want to get a couple of spare batteries. Does anyone know if cheap batteries are ok, or should I stick with Panasonic's own branded ones.

As far as I know, non-Panasonic batteries would be just fine - but then it's possible, I guess, that some makes are better than others. I got an unbranded InfoLithium battery for my Sony and it works fine.
