i HAVE MADE A FILE ON MY SAMGSUNG CAMCORDER ON A DVD-RW, i CANNOT VIEW THIS ON MY PC ? , ALSO i HAVE FORMATTED A DISK AND NEED TO RECOVER THE DATA , i HAVE TRIED TO VIEW THE FILES WITH DVD AUTHOR BUT AM STUCK CAN ANYONE HELP ?

First please hit caps lock on keyboard!

On your camcorder have you finalised the disc? should be somewhere in the menus!

If its not finalised it wont play/read on any other DVD player/rewriter.

If you have formatted a disc then sorry but all the data on it is as far as I am aware not recoverable.
