A list of cams, which to buy?

Okay my wife is pressing me to buy a cam, so ive got a list of ones I seen in Jessops/ Argos. From the below if you had to buy 1 which would it be?

Canon Mv88x :£329
Canon MD101 :£179
Canon Mv930 :£239
Canon MVX450 :£279
Canon Mv890 :£179

Sony DCr-Dvd :£314
Sony DCR Dvd 105 :£300
Sony DCR-DVD: £299

Hitachi DZBX37 :£249

Did you see the MVX460 in a recent Argos catolgue?
As its stated here that its very hard to find as they are now discontinued but sometimes Argod would buy the old stock.

I am moffed as to why they are discontinued as I tend to agree with Redsox mark that the MVX450/60 are better the the MD series.
