ULead VS 9 - no sound on capture?

I have a copy of UL VS9 which I use in " unstarted" capture mode mainly to view analogue material as it gives a far better full screen display than other viewers I have tried. However this evening for no obvious reason there is no sound - its like I hit a mute button. Have been through all obvious options but to no avail. Have tried 2 other viewers and audio is OK on them. Input analogue conversion device is Dazzle DVC 90

Any Ideas?

Re: ULead VS 9 - no sound on capture?

Please ignore, After 5 re-boots the problem has for reasons totally unknown put itself right!?

However if anyone has an opinion on why the full screen display in this software gives much better quality on either analogue or DV by firewire than any other viewer I have I would be interested to hear. Or if they can recommend a better viewer still??
