sony DCR-TRv145E

I have had a sony DCR-TRv145E for a couple of years now. I came to use it the other day, when I turn it on all I get is fuzzy lines in the view finder or on the screen.

Any one got any ideas? Help.

this is a common problem Sony who make CCDs for many makes of camera made a faulty batch a few years ago, your camera should be repaired free of charge even if it is over 1 year old .
