Song Vegas 7 Project to Vegas 6 project

I installed vegas 7 demo and created a few projects, since it expired I've purchased vegas 6 Platinum

Is there a tool to convert theexising version 7 projects?

None that I know of. Vegas 7 has functionality which doesn't exist in Version 6, let alone Version 6 of Movie Studio Platinum. Newer versions of Vegas will always open older files, and full version of Vegas will open Movie Studio files (of the same or earlier version).

But you can't open full Vegas file in Movie Studio, or a Version 7 file in Version 6.
