JVC DX 27 - DX107 comparison/advice, Please.

I currently own a jvc gr-dx27 which is just over 12 months old, details [Camcorder/details.aspx#features]HERE[/url], I have fancied the JVC GR-DX107 Which is currently selling on some sites at £149 Does the specification of the DX107 have any advantages over the dx27 at all, Are the extra features in the dx 107 worth the difference between the resale value I'd expect to sell the 27 as a second user machine, Any advice will be gratefully received.
