Error

When I look (on my work computer - XP) at files on my external Hard Drive for videos (avi, mpg etc) as soon as I open the folder I get an error saying:

ActiveMovie Window:Explorer.exe - Application Error

(See pic)

Can anyone think of the cause of this and how I can fix it?
