new zealand VHS format

hi there,

just a quickie. My friend and i recently made a video doculmentary in the lake district which i am very proud of. before i could finish editing my friend moved to New Zealand and i would like to send him a copy. does anyone know if NZ VHS are PAL or NTSC?

please help

New Zealand use the PAL system which for VHS will be exactly the same as the UK.

They broadcast on B & G, wheras the UK uses the I system, but this difference does not effect VHS tapes.

Yep, all my UK bought PAL tapes work just fine on my NZ VCR.
