I've got a Canon E333D Camcorder that I inherited.

What I don't know though is if it is a Hi8 or an 8mm.

I can't find anything on the internet.

Can anyone help?

Thats what I thought when I checked. I sold it to this girl on ebay and she said it is not and wants a refund.

I think she may be right! As far as I am aware, all E type Hi8 models had the suffix Hi at the end of the model number. For instance there were two E800's, the standard 8 was marked "E800E" and the Hi8 model "E800HiE".
