Hi, I am looking for a camcorder, I see that there are some cheaper than chips on ebay eg 3.1MP Mini Digital Camcorder Video Camera &

DV 182 3.1 M Mega Pixel Digital Video Camera Camcorder
Is asking if they are any good a waste of time???. I am not a purist and will only use occaisionally. Thanks,

You get what you pay for... the stills quality might be passable (e.g. for emailing, I would doubt they would make good prints). The video will be web cam type quality - 15 frames per second, 320x240.
