Ok i have about 500$ US to Spend i want a camcorder for filiming sports and skiing snowboarding etc

I think i should go with MiniDV (if not tell me)
Im liking the panasonic stuff because i have a digitial camera and my friend has one two there very good
I would like a decent camera do i need a fast shutture speed for that? or what....

I wouldnt like to spend all 500 dollars i just need a camera with decent quality picture and mabye about 10-25 * Zoom or so.

For your budget I'd agree yes MiniDV, and Panasonic is a good choice. A 3 CCD GS300 is in your budget
