Video Capture Software
Any recomendations as to good software to capture images from video? Preferably FOC!

i use ulead video studio, i have no problems with it

it isnt free but here is a 30 full working trial

Most video playback Software have an image capture Facility.

Although most are not free., "free" or OEM copies abound as they are bundled with DVD drives/ or paid for software

VLC ( free) has a snapshot facility but it is hidden in settings, preferences video, if you an find it
