Video Editing

I edit with Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 . When ever i go to export a finial project i have to use MPEG2 becuase it will come out in very poor quality if i export it in anything else. the problem i have with exporting in MPEG2 is that file is extreamly large when it shouldnt be. I exported a video file which was 1 minute and 32 seconds long through the MPEG2 settings and it was 75.3 Mb ! Thats insane.. CAN ANYONE HERE HELP ME? I REALLY NEED IT !

Thanks in advance

Re: Video Editing

I've exported in WMA with quite reasonable results are you exporting for the web? it all depends what setings you use if you use default it will be poor.
Do a search http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/index.html for suggeested settings
