Panasonic NV-GS11 - AV in for bullitt cams?

I have a Panasonic NV-GS11 and got a 'Dogcam' helmet/bullitt camera for snowboarding this Christmas. I can't seem to find the right connections so am I right in saying these won't work together? There only sems to be AV out on the camera so does this mean there is no way of bringing the feed in and in fact I'll need a new camcorder? There is a DV socket but I assume this is simply DV out to upload to the PC?
Regards, Carl.

Re: Panasonic NV-GS11 - AV in for bullitt cams?

Correct ,CJStorm .I have the very same camcorder , nice litle thing it is too ,great pictures and not an ounce of trouble . BUT , theres no input for anything except a microphone .The DV socket is only for downloading your footage to your Pc through the Firewire card.
So , it is a new camcorder for you Sir , if you want to use your bullitt cam.

you could however ,tape your old GS11 to your helmet with some left over xmas wrapping tape and see how it goes :-)
