Strange playback error in Vegas

I just bought a Sony HDR-HC3 and got it transferred over in Vegas. I'm getting this strange error where the video is playing approximately 1.3x fast. I tried having the video play at 2/3 speed, but the audio seemed to be out of sync afterwards. (All of this is in the .m2t format.) What should I do to sync everything all up? Thanks.

Re: Strange playback error in Vegas

I would check the capture template ( default may be NTSC ) and you may have PAL footage if you have a UK spec HC3

Just a guess
