Cataloging video and adding metadata

Does anyone know of any quality video cataloging software? There's plenty about for stills images but I'm having problems finding anything for video. Ideally I'm after something that can display thumbnails and previews of each video when selected.

Also, is it possible to add metadata to video files (similar to 'File Info' in Photoshop. I want to be able to add copyright notices to my work (if possible).

Many thanks

Re: Cataloging video and adding metadata

Photoshop Elements does both of your requirements....And can even keep version control....But just do a google, there are loads out there....And the meta data bit on the file itself depends on what file-format you are using...But most of the catalog software can keep meta-data....The cheapest way is to just right-click on the file in XP and select properties and fill out the bits....
