audio/video sync problem with WMM

hi all,
i've just made my first mountain bike vid for my mates
using WMM.i'm happy with the finished result,but thats
because i've had to turn down the audio from the bike
vid due to the audio being out of sync.
i've added music to the clip,so i've overcome the problem,
but i would have liked to have mixed the vid audio with
the music soundtrack for better effect.
the audio seems to be 2 seconds out (approx).
i've uploaded my vid into .AVI,and saved it as a high
quality video using WMM settings.
without the vid soundtrack,i'm happy with the result,
but obviously i would like origanalsound aswell.
any help as always much appreciated.

It is hard to say why you have this problem
Suffice to say that most modern NLE software allow you to disband audio and video and treat them as separate:
This allows out of synch problems to be corrected. Some even have tools to correct this problem specifically.
WMM is great but being free will not offer tools and features such as this
