Can anyone help please! I own the above and recently the tape got stuck inside the cam. I think the tape may have broke but i need to know if there is any way to get the tape out without sending off for repair. Any advice would be appreciated.

Unless there is something on the tape you really don't want anyone to see, (wink, wink...), the best advice is to return the camera to your supplier, their service department will remove the tape without damaging the alignment of your mechanism.
Forcing it could be expensive.
If it really matters that it's not seen, and believe me if it's just bedroom stuff, engineer's have seen it all before, then carefully unscrew the door and shell, unwrap the tape from the guides etc., and pray.
