Panasonic SDR-S150

1) Will any 2GB and 4GB SD card work with the camcorder or is it just certain ones and if so which ones?

2) If I got for a 4GB SD card does it have to be SDHD and if I get a card this not SDHD what are the differnces (between the SDHD and non HDSD)?

3) Will the sandisk extreme 3 4gb SD card work or should I get an SDSD card?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Panasonic SDR-S150

Panasonic say it is optimised for SD HD. Nobody here seems to own one...yet!

Re: Panasonic SDR-S150

Hi,

Ive had no luck searching for a useful review of this camera. Hopefully you can answer a few questions??

How's the camera?
Which SD card did you buy, does it work okay?
Did you own a mini-dv camcorder before? what's the quality like on comparison?
Can you steady your picture, as it's so small?
How did you get on with editing on the pc, compared to a mini dv tape?
I heard each time you pause the camera it creates a new file, I hope you can play them all in one sequence when attached to a tv?
I was planning to backup on my pc to an external USB drive, what do you do?
How long does the battery last?
What's it like in low light when compared to a standard "up to date" camcorder?
In the best quality mode how long would you get on the 2GB Sd card?
Any other issues?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Jez.

Have you seen this review?

It's the US model, but still useful.
