I haven’t seen anywhere in the UK offering it yet. You can of course buy it directly from Sony Media Software as a download.

Ineresting pricing,

But Movie Studio and Upgrade to Production Suite cheaper than buying Production Suite.

I'll probably get the Studio edition

DB9 insurance due soon, so time to tighten the belt

Yes you are right - it is cheaper to buy Movie Studio and immediately buy the upgrade then to buy the Production Suite directly.
