Question MG505 vs. SR90???

OK, OK....so I know it's not HiDef(HD), but which one of the 2 would you go for?

Factors are;
- convenience and speed (of uploading and editing)
- resistance to vibration (I'm going to mount this in a car, so image stab. and HDD stability are V important!!
- wide lens (for the same reason above)
- still pic. quality (one less camera in the bag)

TIA!
Bruce

MG505 clearly better for stills. For video I don't think there is much difference. Ease of uploading would be the same... slight advantage to the Sony as more software will recognise the filenames than the JVC (which calls them .MOD). Can be worked around by renaming files though. In terms of coping with vibration I'd think they would be similar.
