Sound Sync Problem with Womble

I am currently using womble for some video editing.
I have uploaded a few videos (mini dvds from Sony Handycam) and edited them without any real problems.

However, I have one more video to upload. Trouble is, when I upload it I have problems with the sound.

If I play the video from the start it all works fine.
If I start the video from say 5 minutes in, the sound is out of sync.

No matter where I start the video, the sound always starts from the beginning of the video.

That wouldnt be a problem, but I dont need the first few minutes of the video.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

Cheers Chris

Hi Chris

After you have loaded the video from the DVD into Womble, without doing any editing, save it to a folder on your hard drive. Then load the saved file into Womble, edit that and see if you still have sound sync problems.

Regards

Mike
