I wanted to introduce myself as I'll probably end up spending a lot of time here at avforums, particularly in the 'Camcorders & Video Editing' sub-forum.

Before I become an active member, I want to make sure this is the best place for me. The site logo has the tagline "UK's biggest and best.." - is there a U.S. site equal to this (I'm in Los Angeles), or is geography not an issue here?
