TX-100 analog to digital Video converter need help

Hey guys ok I got this item off ebay on friday and am having a slight bit of trouble as I thought it would be easier to use. I have tried to record video from my normal xbox and then moved onto the xbox 360 onto my pc so i can edit the videos and make funny ones of computer games.

The main thing that happens when the xbox scart connections are connected into the TX100 the games starts and you can see the image which would b on the tv screen within the WINDVD Creator 2 software. This is where problem is when its in NTSC format the sound and pic is perfect BUT.....its in balck and white.

WHen in SECAM or PAL B, I, D or any kinda pal the colour is there and sound but theres now and again a flash of the same image that is currently being displayed slightly out of place on the screen which is illuminous green....any ideas how to get rid of this?

this is the list of options in format i tried them all you can choose from:

NTSC M
NSTC M J
NTSC 433
PAL B, D, G, H, I, M, N, PAL60
SECAM B, D, G, H, K, K1, L, L1

Also there is a slight delay when using the xbox controlelr to move it takes about half a second onscreen for the person to change direction and when they do it can be a bit too much. You tap right slightly and the camera swings way round. Any suggestions be of great help to do with video settings and everythign technical with it cheers.

Problem solved

Hey guys no worries got problem sorted myself anyone using this hardware to record their xbox onto their pc directly, remember to turn in the xbox settings in the menu for video that the tv does not support 60hz and its done all flickering will stop and you should have a perfect picture with no skipping of sound.

If the sound does skip you change the format its being played in from say Pal_I which is main one to another one and back agani and it will continue in sync with image and sound. Thanks anyhoo.
