Camcorders For £600

I Am Looking To Replace My Sonk Dcr-trv11e That Has Broken For The Second Time.i Have App. £600 To Spend I Could Go Higher . It Is Used For Holidays Ect. I Did Look At The Jvc Hhd Range But They Do Not Get The Best Reviews.

For £600... I'd suggest the Panasonic GS-250 if you can find one (it is discontinued), otherwise the GS300. See this thread:

Or, if you are willing to go higher, consider the Sony HC3 HDV cam. A number of places have it for around £770... someone has just posted they found it for £710....
To go HD or not to go HD - vote!

Or if you really want a HDD cam, then the Sony SR-90 is £680 or so... has got good reviews... quality wise nearly as good as the Panny 250 or 300...
