I can confirm it fits! I got one today.

TheHC96E has a auto power lens shutter, now with the filter on I need something to protect the filter - LOL

anyone know where I can get a lens cap from?

Thanks.

It's a 30mm filter, so you just need a 30mm lens cap. You could get this at a photography shop... found one here £3.50 delivered

Thanks for your reply!

I'm after one with an eyelet and cord, similar to the OEM one. Anyone know where to get oneof them from?

I may just get the one from ebay for a temp solution.

Thanks.

If you want it to say Sony on it, then probably only from Sony (check with a local Sony stockist).

I'm sure you can find a non-Sony one with a eyelet and cord, again looking in a photography specialist shop, or seaching on-line.
