export wmv in premiere pro 2

I am new to premiere pro 2 , in Adobe media encoder, Can I export a movie to a wmv file with my own custom settings instead of the preset profiles ?? ie. bitrates(2M, 5M, 7M), audio(48k, 44k)
I do not find any places that I can customize my own bitrates even I am using the custom proset profile !!
Also how can I create and import some preset profiles to adobe media encoder ?

Hmmm ...don't think you can

I think this is a consequence of the codecs available for wmv in this app. I'm sure you have noticed that you can play around with bitrates to your hearts content in in other formats but not wmv. Might be worth looking at some standalone wmv encoders.
