Night light Correction.

Hello Guys, i'm a little stuck.

I have been given a vhs tape to transfer onto dvd ( no problem) only thing is it has night light and i need to remove it. Does anyone know of a program which will do this for me with minimal fuss.

I usually use instant cd/dvd or ulead7se

If you mean it was shot in a night shot mode (and is green rather than normal colour), I don't think there is much you can do. You've lost most of the colour information, so even using an editor with good colour correction tools, you won't be able to get that colour back. I use Sony Vegas and it has good colour correction tools, but even with that it would be difficult and the colour may not be very good. See this thread from the Vegas forum; converting it to black and white seems the most popular option.

Edit: Sorry forgot the link
