Ulead Studio 9 free trial prob

I've just downloaded the free trial version of Studio 9 but when I try to access i'm getting the message Codec TrialActivation had a serious error. Has anybody else experienced this prob and how do I rectify it?

Don't waste your money on this one. I bought it and after 3 weeks their support still could not get capture to put the shots into the bin/album or what ever they call it. I eventually sorted it but do not like its functionallity so gave up.
