Need help with a Hitachi DZ-MV780A

I bought a Hitachi DZ-MV780A about two weeks ago. It was an Open Box unit from Circuit City (I got a good deal on it), and it came with everything but the Software and Driver to connect the camera to my computer. I called Hitachi and they told me I'd have to get it from one of their distributors. I called and was told they would have it in 7-10 days. I called back yesterday (as it has been more than 10 days)and was told didn't have it, and they didn't know when they would be getting it. I tried looking on Hitachi's website for the driver, but couldn't find it. Can anybody tell me where to find it? I have been using DVD-RAM disc and have no way of transfering my video's to burn to DVD. I'm using the RAM disc because I thought I could save some money by using them over a DVD-R.
