Which Graphics card would be best

Hi all

I am looking to replace my 6yr old graphics card (Nividia 64mb) I am not a game player, but I use my pc for editing.

My pc spec is

p4 2ghz
512 RAM
etc etc.
Monitor is 4 year old LG (VGA)

I intend to upgrade to an LCD monitor at some point, so VGA and DVI O/P are important, along with a TV O/P. It would be nice if the card could handle HD too.

Hope someone can help!

Thanks.

i guess the burning questions are.......

1/ how much can you afford for a card....

2/ would this be a agp or pci-e card ?

3/ do you prefer ATI or Nividia ?

As long as it is still working there really is no need to upgrade your graphics card as this is not pushed too hard by video editing. You only need to upgrade if your current card can't do something you want/need it to do, ie output DVI.

Mark.
