firewire to component/SDI bridge?

Anyone know if there is such a thing as this : ie a bit of kit that will turn a DV input into analogue component or SDI. Want to be able to dump DV off to D1 without going via an s-video downconversion. I can probably do this by doing a file conversion and then dumping digitally to D1 but I'd prefer to have a nice neat box that managed it. ( firewire is similar to SDI yes??)
