Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Video Editor USB2

Im interested in purchasing the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Video Editor USB2 for video editing it uses hardware accelerated video encoding,
any advise would be greatly appreciated on this unit

I don't know anything about this device, any links would be helpful.
In general if you have a DV (or any digital) camcorder then you only need a cheap (~£10) firewire card for video capture. USB devices tend to be fairly low quality and often cause the video & audio to go out of sync, especially if the audio is captured via the soundcard rather than USB.

Thanks for your thread Marke19 the link is www.creative.com its a all singing all dancing piece of kit. Its an external unit which not only does video encoding,but also sound in dolby digital surround.
