Upgrade to Panasonic NVGS-75B from JVC GRD93 ???

Last year I purchased a JVC GRD93 after some good reviews. I paid a premium for this model as it had DV in which I thought i'd use - I never have.

At the time 3 CCD Camcorders were just coming into the £500 bracket but were just over my budget even though I wanted one over the single CCD JVC model.

In this month's what camcorder the 3xCCD Pansonic NVGS-75B gets a stonking 92% and a fantastic review....The line they use is comparing single CCD vs 3CCD is like camparing Fish Fingers to Caviar - Pretty strong stuff !

I understand Camcorders without DV-in can be sold much cheaper hence the NVGS-75B been available for an incredible £350 !!

Will I really notice a big improvement in picture quality moving for the JVC to the Panni ?

Please advise before I go out and get one !!

TIA,
Mike.
