error on installing the Panasonic NV-GS35 on usb

I have a Panasonic NV-GS35EB and i tried to use it as a webcam.
I have a laptop with Win XP 2002 and SP1.
I installed the Video Stream Driver.
After that, I switched the camera on Record mode and i set the USB on webcam
from the camera menu.
The camera is detected an the installation starts.
It asks me whether i want to overwrite some newer files. I said NO.
After that it asks for the usbvideo.sys and i point to the file from
C:\windows\system32\drivers. It seems to be ok but after it finishes
it gives me an error message: "The paripheral cannot be started (Code 10) " or something like that. (The message is in Italian).

How can i solve this?
