Canon mv6iMC

I bought this camcorder a few weeks back and already it has the now infamous "remove cassette" fault.I am going to return it.

This is a shame really,as the camera did what I wanted, that is,it had the analogue input, that allowed the connection of a bullet cam,was small and compact.

Question is,what do I replace it with ?

PS anybody want to buy two excellent, hardly used 1400 milliamp/hour BP 2L
batteries !
