So, which one to buy? I have read a lot of info in the net and compared them in the store, but its still so hard to decide

Sony is a little bit more expensive, but thats not an issue.
How would you compare their picture quality (Carl Zeiss vs Panasonic lens)?
I liked GS11 control buttons more than GS17-s, but what about Sony touchscreen. Is it reliable?

Hi, I recently purchased the Sony HC22. This is the same as the HC19 except it has DV input and a cradle to charge it and connect to the pc which I find very usefull. Definatly worth the extra money. Image quality is excellent and camera is very easy to use and I also find the touchscreen a nice feature and reliable (But I have only had the camera a month or so, so time will tell). I have no experience with panasonic camcorders but I would Highly recommend this Sony model. Hope this helps !
