pinnacle 8 - easiest way to creat chapters every 5 mins

hi im capturing some video in pinnacle 8 and want to get it onto dvdr disc right away, i dont want any menus or to edit the video but i simply want chapters every 5 mins for skipping thru the video, what is the easy way to to this in pinnacle 8.

sorry for asking something so simple

oh i have pinnacle 9 too if thats any easier to use
