I have a PC-9E. Obviously newer ones have features not on the older PC-9E... but I'd say the best match is the DCRHC32E. The models below this don't have DV-in, which the 9E does. If you go above it, you get a larger CCD than the PC-9E has.

You may want to compare the specs in detail to make sure yourself.
