Firewire Card/Cable Problems - SOLVED!

I've posted a couple of threads over the last week or so regarding problems I was having installing a firewire card and then a firewire cable.

Thanks to the very clear and patient advice received on this forum I have actually managed to sort everything out and am now very busy coming to terms with the joys of editing!

I'm really pleased to have gotten this far and couldn't have done it without your help. I just wanted to thank everyone for the time and thought that went into your replies.
