Chaps,
I'm thinking of getting an additional mike for my cam and after looking around, I've kinda settled on the Sennheiser MKE300D.
Firstly, what are your thoughts on this mike?
Secondly, I beleive it's a mono mike. a) is this right? b) what sort of impact will that have on say, filming with intention of mainly capturing speech?
Finally, for this sort of price, £150, is there a better choice mike to get?

The MKE300D is an excellent mic, and for the money is about as good as it gets. Shop around though as the price does vary from place to place by a fair bit!
Yes, the mic is mono but for speech this will not matter IMO.
