Please help. Which camcorder?

Hi everyone :

I am hoping to get a DV camcorder but my limit is £300 and I'm a bit stuck as to what to purchase. If anyone could help, I would be most grateful.

I would: like to use it for family events/holidays
need it to be good inside (pref no IR as on Sony's as heard this is bad?) so maybe enable to put on attatchments
DV in/out to be able to edit on pc (also USB?)


I have been thinking of JVC dx28 as its only £248 but how good is this model?
Any opinions?
