Pana NVGS 400 v's Sony DCR HC1000

Hi

I have been producing corporate video's (both training and promotional, although the nature of these may change as time goes on however currently shot 90/10 indoors/outdoors) for the past year or so.

The time has come when they've given me a budget of £900 approx for a camcorder. I've have narrowed my choices down (I think ) to the above 2. Can anyone with experience of using either or both pass on some advice? Are there others in the price range that I should consider?

Any help would be appreciated

regards

J
