Driver problems with Sony DCR-HC14E

Hi everyone,

This is my first post so apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I purchased the camera, Sony DCR-HC14E yesterday and to this moment havn't been able to view my footage and images on my PC.

I'm running XP and basically know that it's something to do with the drivers, as when I try install the driver from the included CD, it says that there is an entry missing. (It also mentions something like an INR?)

I've also tried the driver on the Sony website and it gives me the same problem

Any help on how I can fix the above will be much appreciated.
