PanasonicMX8 what settings analogDigital convert?

I cannot for the life of me remember what settings I need to select in the menu so as to use my MX8 for analog to digital conversion, (Svideo in,and red/white phono to 3.5mm jackplug in, firewire out I seem to remember.
Anyone got this excellent camcorder and knows this ? Now also lost the manual.

Found it !!!
set about sorting out all the crud that PCs and life creates, many subject piles and hours later, have just found the sheet I need. (needed a sort out anyway I guess :roll: )
Answer was, for anyone else needing this :-
in VCR mode menu, set AV to in/out
then below that set DV output to ON
use Svideo lead and red/white phono to jackplug for input, use firewire for output to PC.

Now wondering if just playing off a recording (made lens to tape as it were) from the MiniDV tape onto PC to be made into DV-AVI by Premiere also requires DV output set to ON. ?
